FIRST AMENDMENT TELEVISIONTHE RIGHT TO RECORD1AMMXXVI

YouTube demonetized
the right to record.

We the People

Starting at the end of August 2026, YouTube pulled monetization from auditing and cop-watch channels across the country, many of them overnight. Filming in public didn't stop being legal, or important. It needs a home that isn't one policy change away from disappearing.

The whole encounter. Uncut.

On YouTube, audits get trimmed to stay advertiser-friendly, age-restricted, or pulled down. Here, creators can post the full, unedited footage, and you can watch all of it.

  • Full-length audits and raw footage

Every minute of the interaction, not the 12-minute highlight edit.

  • What YouTube wouldn't show

Encounters that were age-restricted, demonetized, blurred or taken down on YouTube.

  • What happens after

The follow-ups: records requests, court dates, complaints and lawsuits.

Everything on 1st A TV follows our published community standards.
